If you’re not as excited about your life as
you want to be, increasing the joy in your life is something that you
can take control of. Think about the things or people that motivate,
inspire and energize you. If you don’t
have such people or things you MUST get out and learn new skills and
engage in activities that have personal meaning. You must also learn to
stop the drama, allow emotional flow, consciously breathe, practice
optimism, happily choose joy and follow your bliss. And don’t worry
about what other people are expecting from you. Only you have to live
with your decisions.
